Jim’s passion for horticulture began on his family farm and grew into a 30-year career as a grower in Ohio after graduating from Columbus State. Following his time in production, Jim stepped into sales and management at BFG, where he spent 15 years building industry knowledge and customer relationships. His career path even included a stint managing a local auto parts store, thanks in part to the promise of a 20% employee discount!
Outside of work, Jim enjoys spending time with his wife, Jennifer, their growing family, and their dog, Heidi. A longtime sports enthusiast, he now enjoys jogging, golfing, and tossing the ball around with Heidi.
